We brings together decades of packaging experience with a specialized focus on fiber packaging engineering, material development, testing, innovation, and commercialization.
We work at the intersection of packaging engineering, materials, manufacturing, and innovation, helping companies navigate the technical challenges involved in developing fiber-based packaging.
Our work extends from client consulting and R&D programs to independent research and proprietary technology development.
We believe the future of fiber packaging will require more than new materials. It will require the right combination of engineering, technology, materials, manufacturing knowledge, and collaboration.
That's where InnCreReal works.
From Idea to Implementation.
We believe successful fiber packaging requires more than simply replacing one material with another.
Every application brings its own requirements—from product protection and barrier performance to manufacturing, filling, transportation, consumer use, and end-of-life considerations.
Our approach brings these elements together through a clear development pathway:
Understand the application, identify opportunities, and determine where fiber makes sense.
Combine packaging engineering, materials, technologies, and partners to create and refine the solution.
Use prototyping, stability studies, material evaluation, and performance testing to understand how the solution behaves.
Evaluate manufacturing feasibility, tooling, production requirements, and the partnerships needed to move toward commercialization.
The Right Expertise for Every Challenge.
We work with a network of material suppliers, technology providers, manufacturers, engineers, researchers, universities, and industry specialists.
Rather than approaching every project with a predetermined technology or material, we help identify and bring together the combination of expertise, materials, technology, and partners appropriate for the application.
This network allows us to support projects beyond the initial concept and connect development work with real manufacturing capabilities. We believe successful fiber packaging requires more than simply replacing one material with another.
Every application brings its own requirements—from product protection and barrier performance to manufacturing, filling, transportation, consumer use, and end-of-life considerations.
We Don't Just Consult. We Develop.
Alongside client-sponsored programs, we conduct independent research and development focused on advancing fiber packaging technologies and exploring new applications.
Our internal work includes new packaging structures, materials, closures, bottles, barrier technologies, and other fiber-based concepts, including technologies currently patent pending.
Collaborative
We work alongside clients, manufacturers, material suppliers, and technology partners rather than developing solutions in isolation.
Application-Driven
Materials and technologies are evaluated against the actual requirements of the package and product.
Engineering-Focused
We look beyond the concept to consider performance, manufacturing, testing, and scalability.
Technology-Agnostic
We explore the materials, processes, technologies, and partners that make the most sense for the application rather than forcing every project into one solution.

Decades of Packaging Expertise. Focused on the Future of Fiber.
We are built on more than 40 years of packaging experience, combined with a forward-looking focus on fiber packaging engineering, material development, testing, and innovation.
Founded by packaging engineer and innovator Guido Schmitz, we bring together decades of industry knowledge with new materials, emerging technologies, research, and manufacturing partnerships to explore what is possible with fiber.
Today, the team works across consulting, applied R&D, stability testing, prototype development, material evaluation, and independent innovation—helping move fiber packaging from early ideas toward real-world applications.
Our experience has also shaped the way we approach every project: fiber packaging is not simply a material substitution. It is a complete packaging system that must consider materials, structure, barriers, manufacturing, product compatibility, consumer experience, and scalability.
Guido Schmitz - Founder | Packaging Engineer & Innovator - gs@inncrereal.com
Guido Schmitz founded this company with the vision of combining decades of packaging experience with a new generation of fiber-based materials, technologies, and manufacturing possibilities.
With more than 40 years of experience in the packaging industry, Guido's work spans packaging development, engineering, manufacturing, innovation, and commercialization.
His approach focuses on understanding the complete packaging system—from materials and structural design to barrier requirements, production processes, consumer experience, and the pathway to industrial scale.
At InnCreReal, Guido leads fiber packaging engineering, strategic development, and innovation, working with brands, manufacturers, material suppliers, technology providers, and research partners to develop new fiber-based packaging solutions.
He also leads InnCreReal's independent R&D and intellectual property development, exploring new applications for fiber through projects such as fiber bottles, closures, blister concepts, and other proprietary technologies.
